Tim Snell

Tim Snell is an accomplished independent consultant and leadership coach with extensive experience in performance coaching and bid strategy across multiple sectors. Since December 2019, Tim has partnered with founders, executive teams, and mission-driven organizations to help secure high-stakes contracts and enhance leadership performance. As a master instructor in breathwork and performance coaching, Tim has conducted over 1,000 sessions, supporting leaders in overcoming burnout and improving team wellbeing. Past roles include serving as the Performance & People Director at Modulous, where Tim built essential PeopleOps infrastructure, and as Senior Director of Bid & Capture at ICF, achieving a notable win rate in public sector work. Tim's education includes an MBA focused on Human Resources from the Australian Institute of Business and certifications in Conscious Business Coaching.
