With extensive coaching experience, Toni Taylor has been a Leadership Care Coach at BetterUp and Coaching Pathway, LLC since December 2021 and August 2006, respectively, focusing on leadership coaching across various sectors. Toni Taylor is also recognized as a Professional Certified Coach, specializing in transition coaching and supporting a coaching culture in educational settings. As the Past President of the International Coach Federation Charlotte Area Chapter, Toni Taylor is committed to fostering a diverse coaching community.
