Tracy Burger

Tracy Burger, M.S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, strategic planning, and program development in the education and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as a Care Coach at BetterUp since June 2023, Tracy supports resilience solutions aimed at enhancing employee engagement and business growth. As the Director of Member Development at the Consortium of Florida Education Foundations since February 2012, Tracy focuses on coaching education foundation executives and guiding organizations through the Consortium's Quality Standards. Previously held roles include Director of Programs, where effective outcome measurement systems were developed, and Program Coordinator for the Florida Association of Rural EMS Providers, Inc., where systems for membership activities were established. Earlier experience includes serving as a Quality Assurance Coordinator at WellFlorida Council, developing standards and conducting needs assessments for HIV/AIDS programs. Tracy holds a Master’s degree from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree from Iowa State University.
