Travis Bohn, MAPP, is a seasoned professional specializing in human potential development and positive psychology. Currently serving as a Consultant in People Insights at BetterUp since March 2022, Travis enhances individual clarity and purpose through one-on-one coaching. Previously, as Program Director at Shining Light, leadership efforts focused on creating programs that support incarcerated individuals' re-entry into society, including the impactful Shining Light Academy. Experience spans roles in various organizations, such as HR & Financial Analyst at The Common Market and Program Developer at the University of Pennsylvania, contributing to financial management and educational facilitation. Travis holds a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Colorado State University Global.
