Vanessa Jenkins

Vanessa Jenkins is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte since March 2021 and a BetterUp Fellow Coach since April 2020, specializing in a Curiosity and Challenge mindset while embodying the BetterUp values of Courage, Craftsmanship, Playfulness, Grit, Empathy, and Zest. Prior experience includes serving as a Leadership Development Consultant and Coach for the United States Department of Defense from February 2005 to March 2021, where Vanessa created and executed programs to enhance leadership culture, employee engagement, and team synergy, alongside a role as a Contracting Officer managing a $5 million contract portfolio. Vanessa holds an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix, a B.S. in Operations and Marketing from UNM Anderson School of Management, and several coaching certifications, including Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching and Positive Intelligence.
