Vegard Olsen

Vegard Olsen is an accomplished team and executive coach with extensive experience in leadership development, currently serving at coachingpartner since October 2012 and at BetterUp since April 2017. Vegard specializes in helping teams and leaders understand their uniqueness, identify growth areas, and implement actionable strategies to achieve their goals. In addition to coaching, Vegard has held various roles in communications and brand management with Statoil ASA and TNS Gallup, and has contributed to the Norwegian coaching market as a Coach ambassador at BetterUp. Vegard's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Management from the University of York and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Internationalization, and Management from BI Norwegian Business School, complemented by a certification in Conscious Business Coaching from BetterUp. The long-term mission includes the establishment of a Life Design House, aimed at fostering collaboration within the personal development and wellbeing industry.
