Vicky Dyson

Vicky Dyson PhD is a seasoned Leadership Coach and Psychologist with extensive experience in both corporate and educational settings. Currently serving as a Leadership Coach and Psychologist at BetterUp since March 2016, Vicky provides one-on-one coaching to improve leadership skills and employee fulfillment. As the Director at Unfold Ltd since April 2004, Vicky focuses on enhancing performance and well-being in personal and professional lives through evidence-based methods. Previous roles include Associate Lecturer and Research Supervisor at multiple institutions, assessing trainee coaches at i-coach academy, and facilitating skills development workshops at Cass Business School. Vicky's career began in technical roles in IT with notable companies from 1992 to 2002, complemented by a PhD and BSc in Psychology from City St George’s, University of London.
