Vimla Gulabani

Vimla Gulabani is an experienced coach and leader in personal and professional development, currently serving as the co-host and producer of The Coaching Confidential Podcast and as a Premier Fellow at BetterUp, where coaching focuses on growth, feedback, and self-awareness. As the founder of ReAlign Leadership, Vimla has been guiding decision-makers since 2015 through coaching processes that address evolving environments. Additionally, as a volunteer coach with The Humanitarian Coaching Network, Vimla supports non-profit leaders. Extensive mindfulness teaching and meditation facilitation complement a previous role as a Money Coach at Capital One, where financial goal clarity was provided to customers. Vimla holds a Master’s degree in Operations Research from Rutgers University, an MBA from Nagpur University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Nagpur University.
