Vinay Shankar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and implementation management across various industries. Currently serving as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at BetterUp since March 2024, Vinay previously held leadership roles at Guild Education from August 2019 to August 2023, including Director of Customer Success and Director of Implementation, where the focus was on driving product adoption and overseeing enterprise implementations.
