Wendy Hirsch

Wendy Hirsch is the Owner and Principal of Wendy Hirsch Consulting LLC, leveraging over 10 years of expertise in strategy and operations leadership to facilitate organizational transformation. Currently serving as a Premier Fellow Coach for BetterUp and previously a Leadership and Change Coach at a)plan coaching, Wendy has held significant roles at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where responsibilities included leading a team for planning and strategy management, and at ChildFund International, overseeing global strategy development. Earlier experiences include consulting at Deloitte and supporting community development at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation. Wendy holds an MS in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, a Certificate in Comprehensive Evidence-based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University, and a BA in International Studies from American University.
