Zachary Bale

Zachary Bale is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in affordable housing, social work, and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Wasatch Leaderworks and Fellow Coach at BetterUp, Bale has held prominent roles at Housing Connect, including Chief Program Officer, Executive Director of the Housing Connect Fund, and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operations and managing over 1,000 low-income housing units. As Chair of the Housing Core Function Group for the Salt Lake Valley Coalition to End Homelessness, Bale supports initiatives to reduce homelessness. Previous positions include Chief Development Officer and Vice President of External Relations at Volunteers of America Utah, leading strategic development, fundraising, and community relations. Academic credentials include an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, an Executive Development Program from the University of Notre Dame, an MBA from the University of Utah, a Master of Social Work from the University of Utah, and a BA in Psychology from Luther College.
