Steven Norris

Steven Norris is an experienced consultant specializing in performance management and Agile solutions. Currently serving as an Implementation Consultant at Betterworks since January 2022, Steven focuses on maximizing customer value through effective Performance Program implementations. Prior to this role, Steven worked as an Agile Implementation Consultant at Planview, Inc., where the responsibilities included leading the design and onboarding processes for SaaS solutions. Steven began as a Lean-Agile Consultant at LeanKit, promoting Lean and Agile methodologies, and previously held significant positions at GSK, including Business Change Lead and Operations Site Planner, where operational excellence in supply chain and manufacturing was a primary focus. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) First-Class Honours from Oxford Brookes University.
