The Service Site of Piaggio Group, derived from a system already in place within the Group Aprilia Spa (since 1998), was the first service in Italy, for motomotive business, for the sharing of technical information, training, e-learning, through the http protocol and Internet Web pages.
The system allows for effective and immediate communication between the HeadQuarter and the network of dealers, importers and employees spread throughout the globe.
Among the innovative services, and unique: Streaming live for technical education (2002); customized management of recall campaign (since 2002); training booking and management; subscription's management.
