Lisa Ryan

Lisa Ryan, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief People, Capability & Culture Officer at Tāmaki Health, providing support for White Cross, Local Doctors, and Bettr online doctors since March 2023. Previously, Ryan held the position of VP/Director of Human Resources at LCS from March 2015 to February 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing HR services, compensation and benefits management, and managing HR systems. Prior roles include Director of HR Onboarding & Recruitment at Kemin Industries, Head of HR for both North America and Asia Pacific at Aviva Investors, and HR Consultant at Aviva. Ryan's early career included a coordinator role at Great Sights and committee membership at the Financial Institutions Remuneration Group. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Commerce/Business and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Management, both from the University of Auckland.
