Kylee Mills

Kylee Mills serves as a Core Recruiter at Betts Recruiting since August 2023, having previously held the roles of Associate Recruiter and Surge Recruiter with notable FY23 and FY24 attainment rates of 114.3% and 117.6%, respectively. Prior experience includes contributions to Spoon University as a National Contributor, where 24 news articles were produced alongside feature articles, and those experiences were complemented by leadership roles at the University of Maryland Panhellenic Association, including Vice President of Recruitment. Additionally, Mills has expertise in audience engagement from tenure as Audience Engagement Editor at Capital News Service and experience in social media management as a VS PINK Campus Representative and Vice President of Public Relations for the Panhellenic Association. A Bachelor’s degree in Journalism was earned from the University of Maryland following completion of high school at Queen Anne's County High School.
