Lauren Stempel currently serves as the Vice President of Global Recruiting at Betts, a leading Recruit-Tech firm dedicated to scaling sales, marketing, and customer success teams. With extensive experience in recruiting and team management, Lauren has achieved numerous milestones, including multiple President's Club recognitions and exceeding annual quotas. Previous roles include VP of Recruiting - West, Head of Sales - West, and Managing Director - Los Angeles, where Lauren successfully managed recruiting teams specializing in high-growth SaaS companies across several states. Prior to joining Betts, Lauren held administrative and managerial positions at The Madison Square Garden Company and Liberty & Justice, showcasing a strong foundation in executive support and organizational skills. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from the University of Arizona.
