Bjerne Leth Pedersen

Bjerne Leth Pedersen is an accomplished supply chain director currently with BEUMER Group since September 2025. Previously held senior operational roles as Director of Operations at both BLÜCHER and Watts Water Technologies from June 2019 to September 2025, as well as Chief Operating Officer at DSI Dantech. Earlier experience includes significant positions at Johnson Controls, where responsibilities spanned from Manufacturing Excellence Manager to various operational leadership roles, including Operations Manager and Operational Excellence Manager. Bjerne's foundation in manufacturing was built at Vestas and Styromatic A/S, where extensive expertise in lean manufacturing, process improvements, and strategic operational management was developed. Bjerne holds multiple degrees in business management and electronics, complemented by leadership training at the Johnson Controls Academy. The primary goal is to establish a manufacturing and process capability recognized as the highest in operational excellence globally.
