George Byrnes

George Byrnes is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the logistics and automation industry. Currently serving as the Head of PMO for BEUMER Group in North America since March 2014, George is responsible for implementing efficient project execution processes and leading improvement initiatives while fostering employee satisfaction. Prior to this role, George held multiple positions within BEUMER Corporation, including Manager of Project Management and Senior Project Manager, overseeing significant projects for clients such as Amazon and FedEx. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior Project Manager at Siemens Industry, where George managed large-scale parcel and airport projects, and as a Mechanical Engineer at BAE Automated Systems. George holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
