Wadim Lorenz is an experienced professional in operations and supply chain management, currently serving as Divisional Director of Production & Supply Chain at BEUMER Group. With over a decade of experience, Wadim previously held the position of Vice President of Production at AIXTRON SE, where they successfully increased output by 35% YoY. Before that, Wadim worked as Director of Manufacturing Banking at Diebold Nixdorf, leading significant improvements in operational efficiency. Wadim holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in mechanical and IT engineering from Universität Paderborn and has also contributed as a scientific assistant during their academic career.
