Susan Barker

Susan Barker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, marketing, and training management. Currently serving as a Learning & Development Specialist at The Beverage Company since June 2019, Susan previously held the position of National Marketing Manager at PERI Formworks Scaffolding Engineering, where responsibilities included marketing strategy development and overseeing the company's online presence. Prior to that, Susan worked as the National Training Manager at PERI, driving training initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness. Experience also includes roles as a Talent Development Consultant at Aurecon and Regional L&D Lead at Hatch Goba, where training program development and delivery were key focus areas. Susan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Marketing Management from the University of Johannesburg, along with various professional qualifications in marketing and training.
