Michael Jebber

Michael Jebber is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching and organizational development. As the Managing Partner at Agile Meridian since January 2021, Jebber specializes in modern leadership coaching, lean and agile adoptions, and performance improvement. Jebber's expertise includes measurable and iterative approaches to business alignment and adaptive capabilities across various sectors. Additionally, Jebber serves on the advisory board of Lunum, focusing on equity and workforce improvement strategies. Other significant roles include leadership coaching at American Hydro, Enprotech, and Bevcorp LLC, as well as human performance consulting at Industrious Group Inc. Jebber owns Cardinal 6, LLC, and has previously contributed to operational coaching at ETS and strategic training at Swagelok and The College Board. Jebber holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Akron.
