John Blackler

John Blackler is an experienced operations and service management professional with a strong background in delivering customer-centric solutions and optimizing operational performance. Currently serving as the Director of Field Service Operations at Bevi since September 2021, John manages a national team to enhance customer experiences. Prior to this role, John was a Senior Operations Manager at Soofa, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of Soofa Signs, and held various positions at Zagster, where John developed remote and centralized teams while launching new markets. Earlier experience includes serving as Dispatch Manager at Right Coast Courier, contributing to day-to-day operations and financial management. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy of Social Science from Boston University.
