The people behind exceptional research-led productivity.

Did you know?...

80% of Lean improvement programs fail.
74% of XeP3 improvement projects have proven success....
(we're waiting on the data for the remaining 26%)

How?

Unless you know your Noise level, you can’t fix your end-to-end processes, and make it stick. Far more things fall out of your ‘happy path’ process than you think. Noise is the time taken up by the “5Cs” and other failures. Duplicated Checking, Correcting, Completing, Chasing, and dealing with the Consequences of earlier failure.
Research proves, most organisations have, on average, 38% Noise. That’s almost 2 days a week – every week - of everyone’s time doing this non-value-adding work.
Your people feel it. You force your customers to feel it. You pay for it.
XeP3 pinpoints the underlying issues driving your Noise and helps you remove at least half of it!
