Aline Umutavu is a student at The African Leadership University, where they are dedicated to combining customer-centric skills with academic pursuits to become a bridge-builder and change-maker. Previously, Aline worked as a Customer Care Agent at iSON Xperiences from 2021 to 2022, and currently serves as a Fellow in the beVisioneers: The Mercedes-Benz Fellowship since 2025. In 2024, Aline undertook a research role at RCCDN Rwanda.
