Aurora Milton is a dedicated Environmental Studies student at Northeastern University, pursuing a career focused on sustainability and social impact. With a strong background in sustainable fashion, Aurora has been actively involved in the movement since 2020, utilizing a decade of sewing experience to minimize waste through upcycling. Notably, Aurora's innovation in biotextile fabrication won the Grand Prize at the 2024 Maine State Science Fair and led to a finalist position at the International Science and Engineering Fair. Currently, Aurora is a fellow in the BeVisioneers Mercedes-Benz Fellowship, where they are developing a social impact project to reduce textile waste and promote circular fashion.
