Brian Munene

Brian Munene is a dynamic entrepreneur and technologist currently serving as Founder and CEO of ARK (Africa Renewables Katalyst) since February 2024. In addition, Brian is a 2024 beVisioneers Fellow and has held the position of TECA Regen Wave Fellow focused on traction and genesis phases at BFA Global. Previous experiences include co-founding RafikiCarbon and serving as a GreenLabs Incubatee at Jacob's Ladder Africa. Brian has also worked as a Frontend Developer at I&M Bank Ltd and as an Angular Developer at iTalanta. Educational qualifications include a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a specialization in Decentralized Energy Systems from Strathmore University, complemented by training at Moringa School.
