Eileen Wong

Eileen Wong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations, organizational development, and strategic management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at beVisioneers – The Mercedes-Benz Fellowship since April 2024, Eileen previously held key roles at Klarna from April 2021 to April 2024, including Business Operations Manager and Competence Lead in Organization Development. Eileen's earlier experience includes a position as Category Manager at GetYourGuide and Senior Business Analyst at Kearney. Eileen also has a background in legal intern roles focused on supporting survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence. Eileen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in Business Management from Columbia University and was recognized for academic excellence on the Dean's List.
