Fatih Ucar

Fatih Ucar is an impact entrepreneur and research consultant with a background in physics and a focus on regenerative materials, synthetic biology, and human-centered technology. They co-founded MycoFab, where they create sustainable biomaterials and alternative proteins using fungi, while also serving as a fellow at beVisioneers, a program by Mercedes-Benz. Previously, Ucar was a co-founder at KUTU, developing a smart insulin pump for diabetes care, and has consulted for various organizations in the fields of innovation, sustainability, and social entrepreneurship. Ucar holds a Master of Science in Sustainability from ITU, and continues to contribute to the startup ecosystem as a freelance consultant and researcher.
