Jesmeka Naidoo is a final-year Economics Honours student at UCT and a distinguished participant in the Yale Young Global Scholars Program. As a Trading Analyst and Project Manager for UCT InvestSoc, Jesmeka has developed expertise in market research and investment strategy. Jesmeka's experience also includes serving on the marketing team for the United Nations Association of South Africa, mentoring small businesses with Phaphama SEDI, and representing South Africa at the Warwick Economics Summit. Currently, Jesmeka is a Mercedes-Benz beVisioneers Fellow, focusing on youth-led climate solutions while pursuing further opportunities in brand strategy and customer collaboration.
