Prior to this role, Joyce worked in various positions such as Learning & Development at SoundCloud, Consultant Analyst and Associate Consultant at Talogy, Marketing Commerce Coordinator at Daniel Wellington, and as a Psychotherapist at Wuhan Hospital for Psychotherapy. Joyce holds a Master of Science in Business Psychology from HMKW University of Applied Sciences for Media, Communication, and Management, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Classics from Colorado College.
