Özlem Arslan

Özlem Arslan is currently the Operations & Field Engagement TA Lead at Novartis, where they leverage their engineering background to enhance business excellence and execution. Prior to this, they held roles at Novartis, including Jr. Quality Operations Specialist and Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst. Özlem also served as a Marketing Intern at MSD in 2019. They are a Fellow at beVisioneers: The Mercedes-Benz Fellowship, and in 2024, held the position of Customer Experience & Engagement Manager (ad interim) while continuing their role as Strategic Assistant to the Country President at Novartis. Özlem obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Boğaziçi Üniversitesi in 2019.
