With experience from prestigious institutions like Harvard and Swarthmore, Ramiro has secured over $3 million in funding for community initiatives and led projects that enhance workforce pathways for more than 600,000 students across Texas. Ramiro's expertise spans various roles, including working as a fellow at notable organizations such as the Pulitzer Center and the Bloomberg Center for Cities, where they develop equity-driven policies.
