Matt Sheldon has been working in the customer success industry for over eight years. Matt began their career in 2002 as an Assistant to the Golf Professional at Kingswood Golf Club. In 2009, they joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Trainee, working their way up to Assistant Manager and Management Assistant. In 2013, they joined Upserve as a Customer Success Manager, and was later promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager and Manager of Customer Success. Finally, in 2017, they joined BevSpot as Director of Customer Success, and was later promoted to Sr. Director of Customer Success and Vice President of Customer Success.
Matt Sheldon attended Golf Academy of America- Myrtle Beach from 2002 to 2004. Matt then attended University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2006. Matt also attended Franklin Pierce University and Kingswood Regional High School, but the duration of their attendance is not specified.
