Xavier Gendron

Xavier Gendron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business consulting, digital transformation, and organizational management. Currently serving as a Mentor at EuraHelp since March 2024, Xavier has also been the Founder and President of BeWe since March 2013, leading the company in assisting organizations with digital transformation through a comprehensive range of services. Previous roles include Deputy General Manager at CIM - DL SOFTWARE GROUP and Keyrus Brasil, as well as a Board Member at Partner Power International A/S. Earlier in their career, Xavier held various managerial positions at ABSYS CYBORG and was involved in finance and internal auditing at AXA. Xavier's educational background includes a Master in Management from SKEMA Business School and a SCPD Certificate from Stanford University in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
