Bewertungsraum is a small boutique firm established by Mr. Roland Mader in 2016. We focus on providing our clients with concise, to-the-point business valuation services, also in compliance with German regulations, that satisfy precise individual needs and purposes of the mandates. 

Mr. Mader is a seasoned strategic executive with more than 20 years of experience in appraising and growing businesses, and a successful entrepreneur in his own right. Mr. Maders engineering background and extensive experience in running business give him a unique edge, allow him to review a business with fuller understanding beyond the mere, thin numbers. Together with Ms. Fawn Glen, a trained accounting and finance professional with a broad span of business skills, the firm is equipped to offer services with a wide coverage, both in the senses of business aspects and geographic range. 
Our business valuation services can be used for occassions such as Mergers & Acquisitions, investment opportunity analysis, business negotiation and restructure, and business financing.

We also possess substantial experience in supporting small and medium sized companies. Our services range from strategic consulting, business planning, to fund raising assistance.
