Lily Syfers, PhD, is a seasoned behavioral science consultant and UX researcher with over 10 years of experience in conducting comprehensive research projects. Currently serving as a Senior Behavioral Science Consultant at BEworks and a UX Research Consultant for Whole Student Learning, they leverage their expertise in quantitative and qualitative methods to enhance user experiences and inform product development. Previously, Lily held positions such as Senior Research Scientist at Cal Poly Humboldt and Leadership Training Program Manager at the University of Alberta. Lily earned a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Alberta and holds both a B.A. and M.A. in Psychology from Cal Poly Humboldt.
