Wardah M.'s work experience includes several positions at different companies. Wardah currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at BEworks, where they lead the marketing and digital teams, focusing on promoting the company's thought-leadership and community growth. Prior to their current role, Wardah held positions such as Chief Marketing Officer, Vice President Client Strategy, and Senior Associate at BEworks. In these roles, they managed high-profile client contracts, designed interventions to change behavior, and utilized big data to understand and design better products for consumers. Before joining BEworks, Wardah worked as a Research Analyst at LoyaltyOne, where they managed large-scale research studies in the loyalty industry. Wardah also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the Rotman School of Management and the University of Toronto, where they conducted marketing and decision-making studies.
From 2004 to 2009, Wardah M. attended the University of Toronto, where they pursued an Honors Bachelor of Science (HB.Sc.) with distinction in Psychology Specialist.
