Bex is a US-based management consulting firm that serves from privately-held organizations to Fortune 30 global corporations.

Bex partners with leaders to establish and sustain high-performing organizations that consistently deliver superior business results.

We have experience across multiple functions and industries, deep expertise in strategy and transformation, and we deploy specialized skills, frameworks, and methodologies.

We implement the Bex Organizational Performance System, our approach to build a high-performing organization.

Bex believes a high-performing organization is built by implementing an end-to-end strategy management process, focusing externally and delivering value to key stakeholders, and identifying everyone as a strategist and an owner of results. The approach to high-performance:

First: Formulating the organization’s strategy
Second: Aligning the operating model to the strategy
Third: Execute the strategy and improve

Then, repeating these steps cyclically to sustain high-performance.

To move toward our vision, we strive to demonstrate the following values.

We are accessible, collaborative, and empathetic.

To build trust with our clients, we must be easy to work with. Trust is strengthened by creating an environment where active listening, clear, concise communication, and continued alignment are priorities. We work together with clients to innovate, solve problems, execute, and create value. Commitment to our clients’ experience is the most direct path to realizing the Bex vision.

We have high standards and integrity.

To be reliable for our clients, we must operate and behave in a manner that earns their trust. We always strive to provide excellent products, services, and experiences. We believe the means to excellence is equally important as the outcome.

We value critical thinking and learning.

To deliver for our clients, we must provide thoughtful opinions, ideas, and solutions. We challenge the status quo, embrace logic,
