BEXT Realty Trust revitalizes old and sometimes unlivable spaces into examples of modern living for rent or sale. Since 2001 BEXT has been investing in real estate in Greater Boston (USA), London (UK), and Central Florida.

BEXT team members are involved in every phase of our projects, from architectural drawings,  engineering, construction, interior design, staging, and marketing. Projects are chosen by location, price, and for their open volumes and "loft-like" appeal. Consideration is always given to salvaging, re-using, and recycling old materials, and using eco-friendly materials whenever possible.
