Lora Vinande

Lora Vinande has worked in a variety of roles in the corporate world since 2000. Lora began their career as a Senior Account Executive at PCG Campbell in 2000. In 2004, they moved to DaimlerChrysler Financial Services as the Community Relations Manager. Three years later, they joined Daimler Financial Services as the Diversity and Community Relations Manager. In 2010, they began working at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC as the Business and Communications Manager in the Office of the CEO and then as the Manager of Human Resources Development for the Americas Region. In 2017, they joined Daimler Mobility AG as HR Manager for Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Data Management and Compliance, and then as HR Manager for Strategy, Systems and Solutions. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Beyond Basics as Chief Of Staff.

Lora Vinande obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Relations from Michigan State University from 1996 to 1999. In 2021, they obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI and a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
