Steve Blunt is a co-founder of AlignedAround, leveraging over 25 years of experience in the tech industry to facilitate business transformation and customer-centric solutions. In their previous roles, they led strategic transformation programs at Cisco and served as Regional Managing Director at Xactly Corp. Additionally, Steve has held various non-executive director positions, including chairing committees at Water Polo Victoria and serving on the digital sub-committee at Beyond Blue. Currently, they serve as President and Chair of the Board at Portsea Golf Club and Mercure Portsea while advocating for diversity and inclusion in various advisory roles.
