Kate Avery, MPH, is currently the Senior Director of Coalition and Patient Engagement at Beyond Celiac, a role they began in 2024. Previously, they held various positions at Beyond Celiac, including Director of Research & Patient Engagement and Research Community Coordinator. They have also served as a Clinical Research Manager at the Duke Clinical Research Institute and worked as a Senior Survey Worker at UC San Diego. Kate earned a Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
