Ashish Sharma

Ashish Sharma is the current Vice President and Global Head of Sales at Beyond Codes. Ashish has held this position since February 2016. Prior to that, they were the Global Head of Sales at Beyond Codes Inc. from July 2018 to February 2016. In this role, they were responsible for handling new business development initiatives across North America, UK/Europe, Nordic & APAC Region and responsible for all sales operations efforts, supporting a team. This included streamlining business processes, sales forecasts, sales & marketing alignment, sales enablement, lead generation and overall strategic planning.

During their time at Beyond Codes Inc., Sharma was successful in new client acquisition and retention, identifying and segregating potential market segments, and generating revenue through new business development and key account management. Ashish was also responsible for achieving sales targets, developing relevant business proposals, monitoring market intelligence within the industry, and handling meetings with key clients. In addition, Sharma provided necessary training to sales team members as needed and monitored & evaluated their performance. Ashish also assisted in preparing business plans and budgets for new projects, analyzed market trends and customer needs to identify new business development opportunities, kept regular contact with past, existing and new clients to explore new opportunities, and informed potential clients about company’s new products, offerings and price development details on a regular basis.

Ashish Sharma has a Bachelor's degree from Himachal Pradesh University. Ashish also has two certifications from LinkedIn, one in Leading at a Distance and the other in Sales: Closing Strategies.
