Robert Lawrence, P.E., is the Geotechnical Practice Lead at Beyond Engineering and Testing, LLC, where they leverage their extensive background in geotechnical engineering to provide practical and effective solutions for various projects. They previously held positions such as Geotechnical Operations Director at Rone Engineering and Geotechnical Department Manager at HVJ Associates, contributing to large-scale transportation and water projects across the United States. With a Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, Robert has developed a deep understanding of the geologic challenges specific to Texas, where they were born and raised. They are certified in multiple geotechnical working categories by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and maintain a passion for helping communities grow and thrive through their work.
