As President of Beyond Engineering and Testing, LLC since April 2018, Winter Yao oversees operations and project development. Prior experience includes a role as Principal Geotechnical Engineer at RRC Companies from February 2008 to March 2018, focusing on geotechnical engineering for renewable energy and power delivery projects across diverse and challenging site conditions. Winter Yao also held the position of Geotechnical Project Manager at Aviles Engineering Corporation from October 2002 to February 2008, conducting site evaluations and developing geotechnical plans for various infrastructure projects. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University.
