Daniel Guinness

Daniel Guinness is the Managing Director of Beyond Equality, responsible for leading a team of six staff and three hundred volunteers focused on engaging men and boys on issues of gender relations, stereotypes, and mental health. As a founding member of Beyond Equality, Daniel has initiated projects that promote positive masculinity in educational institutions, guiding the organization's strategic direction to achieve international recognition. Daniel's academic background includes a PhD in Anthropology from the University of Oxford and a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Amsterdam, where contributions included publishing in peer-reviewed journals and teaching social sciences. Additionally, Daniel has a professional background as a rugby player, competing in both Australia and Italy.
