Felix Bauer

Felix Bauer is a highly skilled Materials & Processes Engineer currently employed at Beyond Gravity since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles at RECARO Aircraft Seating as both an R&D Composites and Lightweight Structures specialist and Innovation Manager from September 2018 to January 2023, as well as serving as a Doctoral Candidate at Airbus Helicopters from January 2015 to December 2017. Felix also contributed to academic research as a Master thesis student at Institut Clément Ader and worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Aircraft Design. Early career experiences include an internship at Airbus Helicopters and a position as a working student at Cost Aviation. Felix holds a Dr.-Ing. and a Master of Science in Werkstoffwissenschaften from the University of Stuttgart, along with a Master of Science from Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Technologiemanagement from the University of Stuttgart.
