Frank Chimenti

Frank Chimenti is an experienced operations and program management professional with a strong track record of improving profitability, efficiency, and revenue growth across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Programs at Beyond Gravity since January 2022, Frank has successfully increased revenue by four times while reducing labor and overtime costs. Previously, as Director of Operations Management at L3Harris Narda-MITEQ, Frank managed significant P&L responsibilities, improving floor utilization and on-time delivery through strategic operational enhancements. Frank's earlier roles included Senior Program Manager and Program Manager at Frequency Electronics, where essential project management skills were developed, alongside expertise in engineering and production processes. Frank holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Hofstra University and a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
