Mélissa Renck

Mélissa RENCK is a skilled system engineer specializing in structural testing, currently employed at Beyond Gravity since October 2025. Previously, Mélissa held roles as an Analysis Engineer for Stress & Fatigue at Kopter Group AG, where responsibilities included GFEM management and collaboration with various departments, and as a Stress Consultant and Trainee Airframe Structures, performing stress analyses and structural integrity assessments. Mélissa also contributed to Polestar as a Master Thesis Student, focusing on bio composites in automotive applications, and has experience in composite engineering with KTH Formula Student. In leadership, Mélissa served as President of Centrale Lille InClusion, advocating for women in engineering. Educationally, Mélissa holds a Master of Aerospace Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and an engineering degree from Centrale Lille.
