Michelle Lach

Michelle Lach, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of People & Culture for Beyond Gravity, where responsibilities include enhancing employee relations, development, and brand awareness across three US sites. Prior to this role, Michelle held various positions at RUAG Space USA, progressing from Human Resources Assistant to Recruiter, and later to HR Generalist, where contributions included improving the New Hire Orientation program. Earlier career experiences include administrative and therapeutic roles in education and healthcare settings. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Villanova University.
